Order Confirmation


Once you place an order with Asshi Jewels, we will send you a Proforma Invoice detailing all items in your order, including quantity, materials, and specifications.
After reviewing the Proforma Invoice, you can confirm your order by making an advance payment via Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, or any other payment method we accept.
Shipping & Delivery


Orders are dispatched through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another courier service you prefer. If no preference is provided, we will use UPS.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 10-12 working days from the confirmation of payment.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.
Product Design & Intellectual Property


All jewelry designs, photographs, and content on www.asshijewels.com are owned by Asshi Jewels or their respective creators.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Please respect the effort, creativity, and time that goes into designing each piece.
Product Representation


We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including weight, materials, stones, and dimensions.
Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or handcrafted differences.
These minor differences are normal, and we ensure our customers are satisfied with their jewelry upon delivery.
Custom Documentation & Import Requirements


If your country requires special documents for import or customs clearance (e.g., Certificates of Origin), it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us before placing the order.
Any necessary documentation must be provided by the customer for successful importation.
Stamping & Hallmarks



Customers may request company stamps or hallmarks (e.g., 925 for silver, 9k / 14k / 18kt for gold) on their jewelry.
Requests must be made at the time of order, and additional fees may apply.
Special Finishes & Polishing


Requests for special polishing, rhodium plating, or unique finishes must be specified when placing the order.
Items without specific instructions will receive standard finishing and polishing.
Packaging


If you require custom packaging, please indicate this at the time of order.
Otherwise, all orders will be packaged using standard secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Refunds


Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customized or personalized jewelry, including specific ring sizes, cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

Items must be returned using a secure, insured shipping method.
Asshi Jewels will replace or refund defective products. Additional courier charges (overnight or express) are not covered.
Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your order has not arrived within 28 days of dispatch, contact us immediately.
We will assist in tracking your shipment and arranging a replacement or resolution as needed.
