Delivery

Once you place an order, we usually process and ship it within 10 to 14 working days. Sometimes, if you’ve chosen a special design or added customization, it might take a little longer. As soon as we ship your jewelry, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Custom Orders

Every custom piece is made just for you, so production time can change depending on what you’ve ordered. We pay close attention to every detail before sending it out.

Refund & Exchange

Since every custom jewelry order is personal, we don’t offer refunds. But if your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us some clear photos, and we’ll help you with a replacement or an exchange.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, once we start making your piece, cancellations aren’t possible.
